First of all parcel took ages to come, and they were meant to send 3 items only sent 2 of the items out of 3 that I ordered.

Secondly there are no terms or conditions that state returns in the shipping email or in the package.

You have to email for returns & you can only return if the items are faulty in a 3 day period of receiving it but how are we meant to know when there is no return info at all in the parcel!!

The good reviews on here are fake. I have had a bad experience with these before but gave them the benefit of the doubt & this time it has been even worse. I will never be using again.

They do not reply to you at all,no customer service what so ever,i cant even track my shipping,dont even know if my order is coming and they do not reply to no emails

bought a mystery bag from them, it was £25 but worth about 1p, the clothes and slippers were about 2 sizes different to what i ordered. the jewellery was a fake vivienne westwood but it was as if it came out of a magazine in 2000. the dress was scuba driving material and the most unflattering dress - no wonder they were trying to give these away as a mystery. also all the influencers who received these got good items to try and make you buy them but don’t fall for it. i’ve had an ongoing return and refund issue with them and klarna since february 27th! it’s a joke and they don’t reply and are completely clueless in all senses.

How the hell do you return items to this company there was no return label or information on how to return goods I have emailed them three times but no response.
Very poor service
But if anyone can advise me on how you return good I would appreciate it .

I wish I had of read these reviews prior to ordering! I ordered 3 weeks ago after paying standard delivery and had no delivery info in this time so I emailed to ask where my order was to be told it was out off stock!! I then got another email a days later saying my order had been cancelled! What a joke I will not be ordering again!

I made a huge order, the quality of clothes were awful. I contacted them to return my items and they kept insisting a 20% refund and i keep my items and I kept saying no, please can I just return all of the items for my money.

I sent off ALL of the items just for them to claim that I only sent back 5 (I had about 10/11). And now they arent responding to me via customer service.
I am so upset and stressed out by this, how is a company allowed to steal and lie like this?!

NEVER SHOP FROM HERE

I've ordered my parcel over nearly two weeks ago now, it hasn't been shipped. I've contacted them multiple times and no response. Its ruined my plans as I need the outfits for the next 3 weekends and I know there not going to come because they haven't even been shipped out yet. Reading the reviews, I'm guessing it will never come and IVE BEEN SCAMMED.

I ordered a bag for one of my girlfriends Christmas presents and the item came broken. I emailed regarding the issue and was offered a 25% refund to have it fixed locally! A bag that I purchased and came broken- a total joke. This was then countered with a 40% refund to which I declined and explicitly explained I was not responsible for the broken item that arrived. This was countered by a 30% refund!

Incredibly poor customer service and a company that cannot hold accountability for a broken bag! Do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered an item over a month ago in november and it took them till only 27th december . and they never replied to me but when i got klarna involved in a dispute then they decided to refund me my £55. if i didn’t get them involved katch me wouldnt have bothered responding nor refunded me!!! No apology or anything after a month of stress and i sent over 30 emails and they use the excuse of not. a big team but are fast to upload stuff onto their social medias . Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM DISGUSTING COMPANY ladies. !!

Ordered ages ago and still not a sight of it being out for delivery.. contacted them and still no reply, RIP to my new years outfit :/
