I’ll be fair, support did eventually get back to me, but it took way longer than I was hoping for. If you need help quickly, the wait can be frustrating.

The fabric feels really nice and soft. I liked it more than I expected and overall it seems good for the price.

I had a really smooth experience checking out. Payment went through quickly, everything was easy to follow, and I didn’t run into any issues at all.

I ordered from katchme.com and the delivery was faster than I was expecting. I thought it would probably take a few more days, but it turned up a little earlier than I had in mind.

The tracking was decent enough. It wasn’t super detailed the whole time, but I could roughly see where things were and tell that the parcel was on its way. Everything arrived in good condition too.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the dispatch email took a bit longer than I’d have liked, maybe by a day or so, but overall I was happy with how quickly the order got to me.

My delivery experience really wasn’t great :/ The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on, and the parcel ended up arriving much later than expected. I reached out to support, but their replies didn’t really help much. it’s made me think twice about ordering again.

I got an email with a discount code and figured I’d give it a try, but it kept failing when I went to check out. I contacted support and, to their credit, they did respond quickly, though all they really said was that the code wasn’t valid anymore. Not exactly helpful. I guess the site itself is fine, but sending out codes that don’t work is annoying

I ordered my usual size from katchme.com, the fit was ridiculous. It was way smaller than what their size guide made it seem like, which is useless if you actually check it before buying like I did. Now I’ve got to deal with returning it, which is the last thing I wanted. Total hassle, and not great if you expect these people to get sizing right

I had a hard time getting into this site. The layout feels a bit messy to me, and a lot of the clothes look similar or kind of cheap in terms of design. The styling just isn’t really my taste, so browsing wasn’t that enjoyable. If it stays like this, I’ll probably stop checking back and shop somewhere else.

The site was frustrating to use. Pages were loading weirdly, and the checkout process was more confusing than it needed to be. I also ended up having to chase them to get my issue sorted, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

I ordered a top from katchme.com when it arrived I thought it looked really cute. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. But then I washed it once, following the label and everything, and it started going a bit bobbly, plus the shape just looked off after. Annoying really. I can still wear it around the house maybe, but it’s not something I’d wear out now. Shame, because I liked it at first... the quality just didn’t really last

I kind of judged this one by the pictures and assumed it would be better quality, but in person it just feels a bit cheap. Sadly, not really what I expected

I had a small issue with my order and was a bit worried at first, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. It was nice to feel like someone actually understood the problem and reassured me along the way.

I found a few things I liked on katchme.com, but uh, the prices just felt a bit too high for what you’re getting. Once you add in delivery and think about returns, it starts to feel even less worth it. Compared to other shops, it just doesn’t seem very fair, so I probably won’t order again

I had to wait way too long to get my refund back, and it was frustrating. I kept feeling like customer service was just giving me the runaround instead of actually helping. Not a great experience.

Just a warning for anyone thinking of ordering, the clothes were fine, nothing amazing but decent enough. The problem started when I tried to return a few items. It took forever to get updates, and the refund came through much later than I expected. Customer service did respond, but they weren’t very helpful. The whole experience was frustrating and it’s definitely made me think twice about ordering from them again

I ordered a couple of bits from katchme.com and the tracking was easy to follow. I got the email not long after placing the order, and it updated as the parcel made its way along.

There was one point where it just sat on the same update for about a day, which had me wondering what was going on, but to be fair it did start moving again and ended up arriving when it was supposed to.

I thought it would look like the photos, but, well, the color was off in person. The fit was weird too, just not really what I expected.

Most of what I needed was in stock. Easy trip. One size was missing though. A little annoying, but not a big deal.

It showed up packed really nicely, and everything inside was totally fine, no damage or anything, which is always a relief. The outer box did have a little dent in it, so I was kind of bracing myself when I opened it, but nope, all good.
